5: Turn RIGHT onto NY-38 / NY-96 / SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BRIDGE RD.
6: Turn LEFT onto Front Street.
7: Turn RIGHT onto Academy Street.
8: Turn LEFT into the parking lot before the end of the block
Coming from the West:
1: Take NY-17 E / SOUTHERN TIER EXPY
2: Take EXIT 64 toward RT-96 / OWEGO / ITHACA.
3: Turn LEFT onto SOUTHSIDE DR / CR-503.
4: Turn LEFT onto NY-38 / NY-96 / SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BRIDGE RD.
5: Turn LEFT onto Front Street.
6: Turn RIGHT onto Academy Street.
7: Turn LEFT into the parking lot before the end of the block.
Coming from the North:
1: Take NY-96 S to Owego
2: In Owego, to stay on NY-96, you will make a RIGHT turn where the road comes to a T. At this point NY-96 becomes NY -17C, Main Street.
3: Turn LEFT onto Academy Street.
4: Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.
